The terms that apply when you use the Tiro Global Finance website and service.
1. The service
Tiro Global Finance provides information, profile organisation and application support for education finance. We are not a bank, lender, credit bureau or regulator and do not make lending decisions.
2. Lender decisions
Our lending partners make all decisions on loan approval, amount, interest rate, fees, collateral, co-applicant requirements, KYC and disbursement, under their own processes and terms. Tiro Global Finance does not approve or decline loans. Any options we suggest are not an approval or a promise of eligibility.
3. No guarantee
We do not guarantee any loan, rate, approval, eligibility, visa, admission or employment outcome. Figures shown for lenders are as published by them and may change.
4. Your agreement and contact preferences
When you submit an enquiry and tick the agreement box, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Notice and agree that we may contact you about your enquiry on the channel you selected (email, phone, WhatsApp or SMS). We will not send you marketing messages unless you opt in separately. We share your profile with a lender only when you decide to proceed with that lender. You can change your contact preferences or withdraw your agreement at any time from your account or by contacting us.
5. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and do not submit other people's information without their permission.
