1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Contact details: name, email, mobile number, preferred contact channel and hours.
• Study plan: destination, level, course, institution, intake, admission status.
• Broad financial context: approximate budget and requested financing range, co-applicant availability, collateral preference.
• Consent records: what you agreed to, when, and the wording shown.

We do not ask for identity numbers, identity document images, bank statements, passwords, OTPs or bank login details in the enquiry. If a lender later requires documents, they are collected through the lender's approved process.

3. Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, review possible partner routes, help prepare your application, keep you updated, and meet our legal obligations. Each purpose is consented to separately.

4. Sharing with lenders

We share your profile with a lender only after you consent for that specific lender and a team member confirms. We show you the fields that would be shared.

5. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the stated purposes or as required by law: RETENTION_POLICY.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Use Privacy & data requests in your account or the contact form.

7. Security
